Apricot Pie
Happy February everyone. Starting off the month right with a delicious Apricot Pie recipe. This is one of the easiest pies I've made. There's very little preperation, just a few dry ingredients and slicing your apricots in half, and the bake time is shorter than most pies. I didn't get to try this pie as I gave it to a friend, but he said it was amazing. I can't be eating all the pies I make or I'll become a big fatty, but half the fun of baking pie is sharing it with friends.
