Apple Mango Test Pie
For those of you who don't know I'm about to travel across the country to battle against a veritable bevy of pie enthusiasts each one more determined to win than the other. Practice is the key to success, so here I am practicing. I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't think I could win and win I shall. I'm nervous, but ready to go.
