Dutch Pear Pie
I was talking to a friend over the weekend about my pies. He asked me if I had made a pear pie. My first pie was an Apple Pear White Wine Pie, but I haven't made an all-pear pie. So I found this recipe and rocked it to life. I'm not entirely sure what makes it Dutch; as far as I'm concerned it means tastetastic. I'm really happy how this pie came out it smells good, it looks good, it tastes astoundingly good. If your taste buds could see this pie they'd be blown away...but why would your taste buds need to see? Shut up! Who Cares? Make this pie!
Grab your ingredients: sliced pears, evaporated milk, sugar, cinnamon, flour, & lemon juice.

Mix your cinnamon and 1 tbsp sugar together and set aside.
Into a bowl, empty your sugar.
Add your flour.
Add your evaporated milk.
Add your lemon juice.
Mix everything together well.
Grab your sliced pears and add to your mixture.
Make sure to coat your pear slices very well.
Grab your pie crust.
Carefully transfer your filling into your pie crust.
Grab your cinnamon and sugar mixture you set aside in the beginning and sprinkle it over your pie.
With the top of your pie layered with your cinnamon sugar mixture, place in the oven.
Bake for 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool and set, and then serve.
I think some vanilla ice cream would compliment this tastefest well
